This report comprises twelve Case Studies which provide a greater understanding of the ‘Learner Experience’ when participating in one or more of the learning programmes offered by the Isle of Wight Council’s Community Services. Each person’s journey comprises different time frames, different personal challenges to overcome and different experiences linked to their personal needs and circumstances, but there are many common areas in terms of outcome.
The learning areas included are Community Learning, Carnival Learning and Family Learning. There are 4 Case Studies for each of the three areas. Some learners have been engaged in learning programmes with Community Services for some time, moving through more than one single learning programme area.
Please browse through the gallery below and pdf links of each learner case studies. These case studies were published in January 2009 and we hope that this inspires you to consider attending one of our programmes.
