What are Skills for Life?

‘Skills for Life’ is all about the big world of learning. It ranges from entry Level learners, people with learning difficulties and disabilities to level 2 qualifications. Skills for Life courses are an opportunity to do a check on your current skills and to carry out a ‘brush up’ if you need to.

Some of us will already have level 2 qualifications (O’ levels, GCSEs at level C and above) and some of us won’t. For some of us, we may just be a bit rusty.

Support is available with Literacy (reading and writing) and Numeracy (maths). The details on this site are here to give you information and to encourage you to move on.
